  • This could be an entire mood 🙌🏻 I've had a lot of dancers DM me about rates and getting paid what you're worth in a flooded market like Orlando. It seems a lot of girls have been sold a lie (by restaurant owners, booking agents, event promoters, etc) that $30-40/set is AMAZING pay 🙄🙄 and dancers are realizing that they're worth so much more 💯 Yeah, some restaurant owners and booking agents will DM you and then ghost you when they find out what you charge. Yeah, there are untrained go-go dancers in Wish.com costumes performing "belly dance," and promo modeling agencies marketing this as the real deal. Yeah, some brides want free belly dancers at $100k weddings. But a lot more people want quality. Belly dance is a rare art form and not many people become proficient in the dance itself or the art of entertaining a crowd. Clients will see this and they will pay for it!
